The Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (MCCEE) is actively pursuing utility-scale solar PV and grid infrastructure projects aimed at achieving a 33 percent renewable energy supply target. Currently, two tenders are open:
- A 15 MWp ground-mounted solar PV system
- A 10 MWp floating solar PV system
